The Weekly Note
What we automate,
and what we never let an
agent touch.
I run seven of my own brands, a 3PL, and a full service agency on Amazon. Every week I write down what we handed to an AI agent, what we deliberately kept in human hands, and the numbers behind the call.
It is the working notes, not a roundup of industry news you already saw.
What actually shows up
-
The guardrails we wrote this week. The rules that decide what an agent is allowed to change on a live account, and the ones we learned to add after something went sideways.
-
Real numbers from real accounts. Anonymized where it has to be, never invented. If I do not have the number, I say so.
-
What broke. The automation that silently did nothing for three weeks is a more useful story than the one that worked.
-
Amazon changes that move money. Title rules, ad policy, fee shifts, and what we changed on the accounts because of them.
-
Where I am speaking. Webinars and panels, ahead of time, so you can come with questions.
Who is writing this
I am Andrew Morgans, founder of Marknology. I have been in the Amazon space for about 15 years, first as a seller and then as an operator running brands, a warehouse, and an agency team.
I am not writing this from the outside looking in. Everything in the note is something we are doing on accounts this week, which also means I will tell you when the answer is that we do not know yet.
