Andrew Morgans grew up as a missionary kid on five continents. That upbringing taught him something most people in e-commerce never learn: how to build trust with anyone, anywhere.
Before Amazon, he was a touring musician. Before that, he was learning to adapt in countries where he did not speak the language. Every chapter of his life trained him for the same thing: showing up for people and doing the work.
In 2015, Andrew founded Marknology in Kansas City. Not with venture capital or a corporate playbook, but with the values he grew up with: keep your word, outwork the problem, and treat every client like family. His sisters Brooklyn and Veronika joined the team. His brother Rho followed. It became a real family business.
A decade later, the mission has not changed. Marknology is still family-run, still Kansas City built, and still earning trust one brand at a time. The numbers have grown. The values have not.
