Andrew Morgans grew up as a missionary kid, living across five countries and territories: Montreal, Cameroon, Moscow, Congo, and Honolulu. That global upbringing shaped his ability to connect with people from all walks of life and adapt to whatever comes next.
Before entering business, Andrew was a professional touring musician. The creative hustle of performing night after night and building something from nothing became the foundation for everything that followed.
In 2015, Andrew founded Marknology, a full-service Amazon marketing agency based in Kansas City, MO. Starting from scratch, he built the company into a team of roughly 28 people operating across 11 global Amazon marketplaces. To date, Marknology has managed over $2 billion in revenue for more than 300 brands, helped create 17 millionaires, and facilitated 12 business exits.

Outside of Marknology, Andrew runs four Airbnb properties in Kansas City, bringing the same entrepreneurial energy to hospitality and real estate. Marknology remains a family business: built on Midwest values, run by people who pick up the phone and do the work.
